Research Interests
In my research, I am employing a “Systems Vaccinology” approach to accelerate the development of vaccines to combat tuberculosis, malaria, and HIV - pathogens for which conventional approaches have been unsuccessful. Systems Vaccinology is a collaborative interdisciplinary science that employs the tools of Systems Biology (which include computational analysis and unbiased high-throughput measurement and experimentation) to harness the immune system and enable rational vaccine design.
